The CSCartTemplates.com has the following policy on orders and purchases made within this website:

Order process duration

Orders are processed within 24hours and purchases are made available within 48 hours since the order was placed.

Orders on weekends

If orders have been placed during weekends then these orders will be processed on the following business day.

Order confirmation

All purchases made via Paypal have to be confirmed by replying to the notification email sent during the process of the order.

Unconfirmed orders

Unconfirmed orders via Paypal will be put on hold until a confirmation email is received by our team.

Product delivery

Once an order is processed and completed all the necessary product files are sent to the email address used for the purchase made via Paypal.

License independance

Purchasing a template does not result in the purchase of a CS-Cart license. CS-Cart licenses are sold separately.
